- Support and Assist: Help the Branch Manager with administrative tasks, maintain office supplies, and ensure a clean and efficient workspace.
- Communication and Coordination: Liaise with manufacturers, handle customer lists, and update inbound/outbound spreadsheets.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to completing tasks accurately.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and comfortable with various office equipment.
- Effective Communicator: Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with team members and corporate departments.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience with office tasks and administrative support is a plus.
