Role Overview :
Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Manager will be accountable for the assessment, implementation, business partnership, and ongoing production support of ADP’s Lyric Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This role will be responsible for understanding our business needs and recommending best practices related to ADP HCM. The role will also include application oversight, execution of any system related projects, and 24 x 7 (where applicable) to support and triage.
Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day system and operations issues, system troubleshooting, manage severity assignments and set priorities for resolution
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Super User and has deep working knowledge and technical expertise with ADP HR, TA, Talent, Learning, Benefits, Recruiting, and Compensation, Payroll, etc. This role works heavily with all ADP applications and modules, configuration development, along with reporting, and dashboards.
- Develop and maintain documentation and train stakeholders on user procedures, process maps, guidelines, and policies as needed. Evaluate, communicate, and coordinate the technical impacts of ADP configuration decisions
- System Administration : Perform ADP administrative functions including business process and tenant configuration. Work with various internal HR partners to further build out other functions in the system. Monitor and troubleshoot integrations that involving HR data
- Report Writer & Owner : Create, maintain, and process standard and custom ad-hoc reports and dashboards, to meet business needs
- Security Administrator : Maintain the roles (for all business functional areas; not just HR) related to security groups within our IT functional guidelines; this includes working with functional areas to assign roles to new employees, as well as re-assign roles for terminated employees
- Organization Partner : Open / edit Cost Centers and Locations, working in partnership with the Finance team. Administer reorganizations of the Supervisory Organization structure as needed. Act as liaison and subject matter expert between HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and other functions
- ADP Release Management : Work with the Crystal Clean IT team to oversee and communicate new ADP releases as needed and ensure expected system operations across upgrades
- Acquisition Support : Lead integration and data conversion efforts for any acquisitions as needed.
- Perform regular HR data audits within ADP’s Lyric system to ensure data integrity. Ensure data privacy compliance and standards
- Manage a team of direct reports
- Handle other duties as assigned based on business needs
