We are seeking a part time night, reliable and experienced Service Technician to join our team. As a Janitorial Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties related to cleaning and maintenance in commercial and industrial settings during the evening shifts and residential and move out cleans during the day shift. ```Duties```
- Clean and maintain designated areas, including offices, restrooms, common areas, and other facilities
- Perform custodial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and report any issues to the appropriate personnel
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
- Follow established safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary
- Assist with floor care duties such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing
- Ensure that cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety
```Requirements```
-Must be able to pass a background check
-Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Previous experience in custodial or facilities maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and best practices
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and carpet cleaners
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
-Able to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high quality performance.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including lifting heavy objects, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods of time
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
