Responsibilities
- Supervise waste sampling for grab and hold analysis and waste weighing for preparation of treatment.
- Determine placement of waste within active cell area according to the approved cell design operating plan.
- Control inventory of materials required for disposal operations and construction within active cell areas.
- Plan the shipment of rain waters and disposal cell leachate to disposal facilities and supervise the collection of cell leachate levels.
- Supervise personnel to maintain all site maintenance and compliance tasks.
- Prepare manpower schedules and timecards.
- Participate in preparing maintenance plans for disposal operations and communications equipment.
- Direct flow of bin movements in plant.
- Supervise control room.
- Supervise off-loading of trucks into SCB
- Oversee full operations of all activities in SCB plant.
- Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local regulations
- Act as a facility emergency coordinator.
- Perform other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
