What are the responsibilities and job description for the Post Construction Cleaner position at Crystal Clean?
We are seeking 2 reliable Post-Construction Cleaners for upcoming job in Doswell, VA on February 7th . This is an on-call position. We will be getting more work in the future and are looking to build a team. Serious inquiries only.
Job Details:
- Cleaning post-construction dust and wiping down stores to prepare them for turnover.
- Each job must be completed before the payout at the end of the shift.
- Work hours: Maximum of 6 hours per day.
- 30-minute lunch break provided.
- Expectations of the Job:
- Dusting all surfaces, including walls, ceilings, light fixtures, and fans.
- Wiping down countertops, cabinets, and shelves.
- Cleaning windows, sills, and frames.
- Floor Cleaning:
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming all floors.
- Removing any adhesive residue, paint splatters, or construction marks from floors.
- Sanitizing:
- Deep cleaning bathrooms and kitchens.
- Sanitizing sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and other fixtures.
- Debris Removal:
- Proper disposal of trash and recyclable materials.
- Detailed Touches:
- Polishing fixtures and hardware.
- Ensuring all areas are free from dust and smudges.
Requirements:
- Ability to follow directions.
- Good hygiene is essential.
- Must wear a company shirt or a grey shirt with black pants.
