Job Description
We are seeking a Full-Time Lead to join our team in Kirtland, Ohio. The ideal candidate will oversee and participate in maintaining a clean, hygienic, and organized office environment while leading a team of cleaning professionals.
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities for a team of office cleaners
- Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and routines
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Train new team members on cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with management and clients regarding cleaning needs and concerns
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and place orders as needed
- Respond promptly to special cleaning requests or emergencies
- Promote a safe working environment by adhering to and enforcing safety guidelines
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction
Work Schedule : Sunday thru Thursday 5pm-1am
Pay Rate $16.00hr.
