Job description
Crystal Clear Cleaning is looking for reliable and experienced Day Porter for a Condominium building in the heart of Downtown Cincinnati. Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of common areas within the building, including routine cleaning tasks like sweeping, mopping, trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, restroom sanitation, once monthly light power washing all while also providing excellent customer service to residents and guests and addressing any immediate concerns or requests related to upkeep and appearance of the building.
Duties may also include and are not limited to:
- Keep building neat, clean, free from clutter and safe.
- Picking up trash, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming as needed,
- Cleaning spills
- Cleaning and stocking bathrooms.
- Follow the universal sanitary precautions and uses personal protective equipment as needed while cleaning
- Performs duties as assigned
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Reliable transportation, clear background and cell phone required
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday. Day Porter – 7:30 am-3:30 pm
Only candidates with previous janitorial experience and the ability to pass background screen should apply. Must provide references.
