Job Purpose : The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for reinforcing the relationship between Crystal D and our customers in order to drive profitable revenue growth.
The ideal candidate for this role has strong presentation skills in additional to sales skills, desire to educate and support our customers as well as hunt for new opportunities through the use of tradeshows, phone sales, webinars etc.
Job Responsibilities :
- Achieve and strive to exceed sales objectives, including pre-sale activities and revenue targets.
- Manage customer relationships, as well as sustain current level of business and develop new business from existing customers
- Proactively connect with customer to uncover potential new business to promote growth within the account.
- Execute regular structured sales calls within assigned territory, ensuring that quarterly and annually activity targets are achieved.
- Actively listen to each customer in order to gain an understanding of their individualized needs, in order to provide them the appropriate solutions.
- Help on-board new clients and provide sales support to assigned customer accounts.
- Partner with Territory Manager in the assigned region to maximize coverage and revenue potential on all assigned accounts
- Manage end-to-end sales activities with accounts and contacts within Goldmine.

Knowledge Requirements :
To be effective, this position requires specific knowledge of call management techniques for servicing a high volume of calls, as well as a general understanding of business processes. In addition, this position requires a high level of accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Prior Experience :
This position requires a minimum of 2 years of prior experience in inside sales, commissioned sales, or account management roles.
Work Schedule and Conditions :
This position usually works for eight (8) hours during the period of 7 : 00 am to 7 : 00 pm. However, this position will require moderate work hours beyond the normal workday based on the demands of the business cycle, customer volume of business, and specific sales efforts underway. It has a high demand for tight deadlines. This position will experience moderate interruption in workflow. Position will be indoors in an office environment. May require occasional travel.
