We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our production process. Job Purpose : Produce and assemble products that “turn emotions into memories” for Crystal D customers, as measured by meeting or exceeding Crystal-D’s current production standards. Job Responsiblity : Execute work performance expectation to meet operational goal
- Correctly follow the instructions from Sales Work Orders and POPs to ensure accuracy and customer expectations are met
- Analyze Production Schedule to assist in work-flow efficiency
- Properly handle product to minimize damage
- Follow all Crystal D corporate safety policies and OSHA regulations
- Safely use equipment and materials properly and follow all preventative maintenance schedules to ensure safe work environment
- Correctly milestone production / shipping activities to keep systems up to date
- Follow proper procedures for requesting and documenting time off.
- Is accurate, precise and pays attention to detail to ensure consistent quality
- Complete work in prescribed time to maximize efficiency
- Able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events Crosstrain and develop skillset to flex and help other areas as needed
- Work to achieve 80 or more “green” ratings in selected cross-training sections
- Always communicate ideas, concerns and recommendations with co-workers and Production management to drive innovative improvements
- Look for ways to help where needed when immediate work is completed
- Strive to correct your work and other’s errors to learn from mistakes Utilize lean concept and tools to continuously improve
- Effectively use visual management tools to prioritize work
- Strive to increase productivity
