Currently, we’re seeking Order Selectors to join our team within our fulfilment center in Waterloo, IA

Objectives of this Role

· As an Order Selector you will work quickly, safely, and efficiently to pick and handle product within the freezer warehouse. You will accurately pick and move inventory to ship to our customers. Other responsibilities of a Warehouse Associate include updating WMS System and/or manifests appropriately as work is performed to ensure accurate counts and quality of product being moved to from, throughout warehouse.

Job Duties

• Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure safe working environment.
• Able to lift and carry product weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Pick, load, and ship items to customers with accuracy.
• Work in a fast- paced environment
• Report to work on time and when scheduled
• Maintain positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in team environment.
• Able to work in cold conditions of -15 degrees
• Able to accurately use basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
• Able to accurately read labels, tickets, and other production documentation
• Able to operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after training.
• Able to be trained on and operate all powered equipment safely (including stand up forklift, reach truck)

Skills and Qualifications

· High school diploma or GED

· 6 months experience in a warehouse environment

· Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities

· Ability to work with all levels of company staff

· Comfortable receiving frequent direct written and oral feedback

· Experience with WMS systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
