Responsibilities
POSITION SUMMARY :
The Customer Service Representative will work in a team environment, supporting customers, sales and other customer service functions. The position is responsible for managing customer accounts, processing orders, and acting as a liaison between customers, the sales force and the supply chain. The incumbent must be energetic, well organized, a team player, possess the ability to organize and prioritize their workload, and strong and professional communication skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Process orders from customers over the phone or emails and enter customer orders into SAP system accurately and within the allowed timeframe using 10 key entry.
- Answer customer questions, provide information on product availability or other general product questions professionally and efficiently.
- Communicate key information to customers such as changes in delivery schedules, information on upcoming ad items and new or discontinued products.
- Provide support to Sales by communicating customer problems, issues, concerns, and requests.
- Perform other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.
