WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Oversee all personnel and manufacturing operations within the department to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment for all employees.
- Ensure that all quality measurements are met and documented.
- Strive to attain maximum production efficiency and report daily production and downtime summaries.
- Conduct employee performance reviews and implement corrective or disciplinary actions as necessary.
- Provide recommendations for continuous process enhancements.
WHO YOU ARE
- Acquired an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a management field and/or have knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Proven ability to lead a team.
- Knowledge in reading blueprints and parts drawings.
- Strong understanding of production and quality processes is beneficial.
