What Youll Be Doing
- Managing multiple customer accounts and ensuring their needs align with CFS objectives.
- Communicating pricing strategies and annual pricing proposals with clarity and confidence.
- Tracking requests for quotations and securing new opportunities.
- Leading cross-functional teams to continuously improve our customer service experience.
- Monitoring performance metrics such as on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinating new product launches and ensuring a smooth transition from development to production.
- Reviewing forecasts, identifying trends, and providing strategic insights.
- Taking charge of quality issue resolutions and warranty requests.
- Mentoring and supporting Customer Service team members to strengthen our teams effectiveness.
- Scheduling and hosting customer meetings, providing clear action plans and follow-ups.
What You Bring to the Table
- A bachelors degree or 5 years of experience in customer service, sales, or account management.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment (extrusion, fabrication, and coatings knowledge is a plus!).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to read engineering blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a knack for keeping things moving forward.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Exceptional communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence.
