Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with kitchen operations, including stocking, prepping, cooking, and plating a variety of dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of kitchen equipment, tools, and workspaces.
- Ensure adherence to food safety protocols, portion control, and presentation standards.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development, recipe creation, and daily specials.
- Monitor inventory, ensuring high-quality ingredients are available and properly stored.
- Support opening, closing, and other essential kitchen duties as needed.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to stand for long hours and lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Formal culinary training and at least two years of kitchen experience required.
- Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and following food safety protocols.
- ServSafe Certification required.
