Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)
General Summary:
The HRBP provides strategic and operational HR support to managers, supervisors, and team members, driving engagement, development, and compliance. This role partners with leadership to challenge the status quo, identify opportunities, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance organizational culture.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administer and execute HR programs, including performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on communication, feedback, and performance management.
- Address employee concerns, ensuring effective application of company policies and fostering a positive work environment.
- Support benefits, leave of absence, and workers' compensation inquiries.
- Deliver HR-related training and participate in strategic HR initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 years of HR management experience preferred.
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (e.g., Paycom).
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
