WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Apply liquid paint to product surfaces and perform color changes as scheduled.
- Mix paints and solvents correctly and prep coatings for each production run.
- Conduct light maintenance on paint booths and equipment while rotating between stations.
- Inspect products for quality, follow work instructions, and streamline workflows.
- Use materials efficiently and notify when supplies are needed.
- Always wear required PPE for a safe and secure work environment.
Qualifications

- Experienced with painting processes and small hand tools (a plus).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
