About the Role:
We’re seeking a Pricing Specialist to audit and update our pricing models, ensuring accuracy and consistency across our operations. You’ll collaborate with Customer Relations, Engineering, and Finance to support pricing decisions and resolve issues.
What You’ll Do:
- Update customer pricing summaries and lists annually or as needed.
- Audit new and existing parts to verify correct pricing and product grouping.
- Develop and recommend pricing strategies that optimize profitability and efficiency.
- Ensure pricing consistency across sales and production parameters.
- Assist Engineering with cost analysis for quoting and estimating.
- Research and resolve pricing issues alongside Customer Relations and Finance.
- Analyze hit rates on quotes and provide competitive market insights.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Associate degree or higher in a business-related field.
- 3 years of experience in manufacturing, pricing, or finance-related roles.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
