Position Overview
We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality control checks on all lines and record these on specific forms.
- Monitor general operations of ozone generators and water filtration systems.
- Make sure that operators have all needed chemical products to clean the lines.
- Verify stock of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for all production lines and restock if needed.
- Collect samples according to the sampling plan and lab requests.-Inspect all operators’ documents and make sure they are completed correctly.-
- Train operators on their paperwork and procedures related to the CCP.
- File paperwork once it is completed correctly.
- Inspect the plant for cleanliness, potential contamination issues and quality in all areas.
- Report all problems found to the QC Manager/ V.P of Quality Control and write non-conformity forms in these cases as well as any violations of CG Roxane’s policies.
- Place in the hold area with their respective label all products and materials that fail to meet specifications, and inform the QC manager to put them on hold in the system.
- Perform corrective actions after non conformities are found.
- Monitor finished product within the warehouse for leaks, odor, dirt, debris, etc.
- Check the cleanliness of trucks and containers.
- Perform weekly and monthly cleanings of the areas according to the master cleaning plan.

Education
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
