Job Summary:
Crystal Image Cleaning is seeking a skilled and dependable Cleaning Technician with experience in residential and commercial cleaning services. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing high-quality cleaning services to our clients. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, time-efficient, and comfortable with physical tasks, including working at heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform residential and commercial window washing with precision and care
- Conduct carpet cleaning using professional equipment and techniques
- Provide floor care services including stripping, waxing, and buffing
- Carry out general commercial cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting
- Use cleaning products and tools properly and safely
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and reliability
- Able to work at different Start Times each day depending on the jobs scheduled out for that week.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in residential and commercial cleaning
- Hands-on experience with window washing, carpet cleaning, and floor care
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and have reliable transportation
- Comfortable working on ladders and heights
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to pass a background check
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a variety of environments and weather conditions
