Crystal Lake Clinic is a physician-owned private practice with an excellent opportunity for a Family Nurse Practitioner. The candidate selected to join our practice will be a licensed Nurse Practitioner and will enjoy working in our Manton location. The FNP will provide primary care services to patients throughout the lifespan including health maintenance, health promotion, and evaluation and treatment of acute and chronic medical conditions. Base salary plus monthly bonuses centered on high quality patient care. Seasoned candidates and New grads welcome!
Work schedule: 36 hours per week, one Saturday shift 9-1 per month.
Full primary care support with RN Care manager, medical assistant and front office teams.
