What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN/RN Clinical Trainer position at Crystal Lake Clinic?
We are looking for a high energy, reliable, self-motivated, and flexible leader to fill our Clinical Trainer position serving our 11 Crystal Lake Clinic locations. This is a travel position and reliable transportation is required.
The LPN or RN candidate must possess a “teacher’s heart”, demonstrating patience with staff while they are learning, have great attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and effective time management. Working knowledge of medical terminology, insurance, Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, MS Office and SharePoint is preferred.
Clinical Trainer responsibilities include, but are not limited to, training and staff education for clinical staff including skills testing, chart auditing, process evaluation and maintenance of training materials, records and databases to support clinic operations.
As a part of our team, you will enjoy training our clinical staff how to prep patient exam rooms, start patient visits, review medical history, take vitals, administer medications, update and maintain electronic medical records, assist with office procedures, problem solve with patients in person and over the phone and ensure timely follow through for orders, processing of referrals and prior authorizations for our patients.
Compensation commensurate with educational degree and experience.
