As the General Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of Crystal Lakes Road & Recreation Association, a vibrant community nestled in north central Colorado. With approximately 50 miles northwest of Fort Collins and adjacent to thousands of acres of Roosevelt National Forest, our community is a fisherman's paradise with two large lakes and six stocked ponds.
Your responsibilities will include managing a dynamic team, overseeing road maintenance and development projects, enforcing governing documents, and ensuring the community remains safe and welcoming for all property owners. You will also be responsible for financial management, including reviewing accounting reports, approving expenditures, and monitoring contractor performance.
Qualifications for this role include a high school diploma or equivalent, related experience in managing a Homeowners or Community Association, and proven skills in personnel, office, and financial management. Strong communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities are essential, as well as knowledge of heavy equipment operation and maintenance.
