JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title: Lift Maintenance Administrative Coordinator

Wage Range: $24 to $26/hour
POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a knowledgeable administrative coordinator to ensure an optimal working environment in our lift maintenance department. In this role, you will be responsible for the organization of lift blueprints and service manuals, overseeing our workorder and inventory management systems, and helping to manage the departments expenses.
To ensure success, the administrative coordinator should exhibit strong organizational and communication skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
This position is responsible for the following job results
Manage service manuals updates.
Manage lift blueprints and drawings
Assist with purchasing and the inventory management system.
Manage equipment and supply needs.
Consulting with vendors and suppliers on behalf of Crystal Mountain Inc.
Follow up with supply and purchase orders.
Documenting processes and keeping maintenance records.
Monitoring lift maintenance budgets and daily spending.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
Recommended: Bachelor's or associate degree in project management, or similar.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite.
Advanced knowledge of planning and schedules.
Ability to coordinate lift maintenance emergencies.
Knowledge of safety regulations and security protocols.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
This position may be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 50 pounds on an occasional basis.
Manual dexterity to operate a computer and other common office equipment on a constant basis.
Auditory and visual acuity to operate computers, phones, mobile devices, and basic office equipment on a constant basis.
Ability to work for extended periods of time sitting, bending, reaching, and speaking on a constant basis.
Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors, and other employees.
