Position Title: Lodge Attendant
Business Unit: Janitorial
Position Reports to: Facilities Manager, Janitorial Supervisor
Positions Reporting to this Role: None
Location: Crystal Mt Washington
Wage Range: $20.00-22.00/ hr DOE
THIS POSITION IS NOT HOUSING ELIGILBLE

ESSENTIAL DUTIES-
Lodge Attendants are responsible for the overall cleanliness of our Food & Beverage venues.
Engage and welcome all Crystal Mountain guests
Vacuum, sweep and mop all lodge floors
Maintain and stock restrooms
Bus tables and run dishes to dish-pits
Clean and sanitize tables
Clean door glass and sanitize handles
Attend to any spills/messes
Straighten tables and chairs
Report any damage tables or chairs to manager/supervisor

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS-
- Must be able to pass a ski/ ride ability test to ensure candidate can safely access all required venues
Must be 18 years or older
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Must be able to work in a team environment
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS-
This position is required to work days, weekends and holidays while in operation.
Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 40 pounds on an occasional basis.
Manual dexterity to operate a mop, vacuum, move carts and carry dishes.
Ability to work for extended periods of time bending, reaching, and speaking on a constant basis.
Ability to work for extended periods of time standing, walking, kneeling, pushing and pulling on an occasional basis.
Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors and other employees.
