Position Title: Swing Shift Custodian
Business Unit: Facilities
Position Reports to: Sustainability Manager, Custodial Lead
Positions Reporting to this Role: None
Location: Crystal Mt, Washington
Wage Range: 20.00 - 23.00 DOE
Hours: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Viable Candidates must have ability to ski or snowboard at an intermediate level.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES-
Custodians are responsible for the overall cleanliness of our Food & Beverage venues.
Engage and welcome all Crystal Mountain guests
Vacuum, sweep and mop all lodge floors and restrooms
Deep clean and stock restrooms
Transport trash and recycling to appropriate containers
Report any restroom or lodge maintenance to Facilities Manager
Shampoo carpets
Straighten tables and chairs

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS-
Must be 18 years or older
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Must be able to work in a team environment
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS-
This position is required to work weekdays, weekends and holidays while in operation.
Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 40 pounds on an occasional basis.
Manual dexterity to operate a mop, vacuum, and broom on a constant basis.
Ability to work for extended periods of time bending, reaching, and speaking on a constant basis.
Ability to work for extended periods of time standing, walking, kneeling, pushing and pulling on an occasional basis.
Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors and other employees.
