Dental Receptionist/Assistant Floater
Rare opening for a front office position at our fun and family oriented dental practice who is also willing to help out in the back as a Dental Assistant depending on need. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, efficient and able to multi-task.
Primary responsibilities include scheduling, managing phones, confirming patients, and managing insurance benefits and claims but is willing and able to assist chairside if we are short staffed in the back.
Interested in dentistry? We are willing to train! Many of our previous dental assistants have gone to hygiene school and worked with us as hygienists!
Responsibilities – Dental Receptionist
- Experience in managing people and motivating them for success is required
- Business management of the practice
- Staff management
- Administrative support to the dentist
- Collections and insurance management
- Supporting front desk systems.
Responsibilities – Dental Assistant
- Assisting chairside with the doctor on restorative patients
- Sterilization of equipment, assisting hygienists with periocharting
- Setup and breakdown of rooms
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years dental front office – preferably someone who has had assistant training
- Dentrix practice management software experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing people
- Professional demeanor

- Full-Time M-F, no weekends!
Pay is DOE ranging between $18 - $25 hourly
