DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS NURSING ROLE
As a Baylor Shift Nurse, you will play a key role in ensuring our residents receive the best possible medical care with two 12-hour weekend shifts that allow you the flexibility to balance work and life. You'll administer medications and treatments according to physician orders, collaborate with the nursing team to assess and plan resident care, and monitor and report any changes in resident conditions. Your compassionate approach will provide emotional support to residents and their families, and your keen attention to detail will ensure that all medical records are accurate and up-to-date. Additionally, you'll participate in interdisciplinary care conferences and offer guidance and support to direct care staff. If you're an RN, you'll also perform as the team lead on your shift, ensuring that care and documentation are completed efficiently and effectively.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- LPN license to practice nursing in MA
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program
- 1 years of nursing experience
- Proficiency in delegated nursing skills
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- Valid driver's license
Being an RN who can serve as the team lead during weekend shifts is a plus!
