Compensation
Residential Supporters at Crystal Springs, Inc. can earn up to $23.98 per hour, which includes a combination of base rate, MAP certification, differentials, and retention pay. For part-time positions, salaries are prorated accordingly.
Job Responsibilities
As a Residential Supporter in our Adult program, you will provide support and care to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting. This role involves helping individuals with daily tasks, promoting their independence, and ensuring their overall well-being. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Requirements
Successful candidates will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have previous experience working with individuals with disabilities (an asset).

A sign-on bonus of up to $2,000 is available for certain shifts, and a new hire MAP certification bonus of $350 (prorated for part-time positions) is also offered. You will also have access to up to 75% ($1,500) of your sign-on bonus paid out within the first 90 days and up to 25% ($500) paid out upon completion of 180 days (prorated for part-time positions).
