Job Description
As a Residential Supporter, you will assist individuals in achieving their goals and improving their quality of life. This involves supporting them in personal care, cooking, household management, socialization, health maintenance, and recreational activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not necessary.
- MAP certification is mandatory, and Crystal Springs provides paid training for those who are not certified.
- You must have excellent communication skills, be able to work as part of a team, and be flexible and dependable.
