We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our team as Residential Supporters in our Adult program. This role involves providing support and care to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting. As a Residential Supporter, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities is an asset.
