What are the responsibilities and job description for the Golf Cart Attendant position at Crystal Springs Services?
Crystal Springs is looking for Golf Cart Attendants to welcome Crystal Springs golfers, and provide them with an overall great experience!
Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome each patron
- Ensure that each patron is given prompt and cheerful attention
- Initiate conversation with all patrons
- Offer your assistance to all patrons
- Provide bag drop service
- Clean customers clubs before and after their rounds
- Maintain an orderly appearance in the cart yard
- Ensure that every golf cart is thoroughly cleaned and inspected
- Ensure that every golf cart has a scorecard and a pencil
- Perform all duties as prescribed by immediate supervisor
- Communicate all questions and concerns to immediate supervisor
- Perform opening procedures as delineated on your checklists
- Perform interim procedures as delineated on your checklist
- Perform closing procedures as delineated on your checklist
Requirements:
- Customer oriented
- Enthusiastic demeanor
- Must possess strong communication skills
- Well groomed
- Willing to comply to dress code
- Must be 17 or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have availability through the Fall
