What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Systems Application Manager position at Crystal Springs?
At Crystal Springs Resort we are seeking an experienced business analyst as the point person in our growing organization responsible for our resorts business systems. In this position, you will analyze existing systems, identify areas of improvement, recommend new systems and business processes. Responsibility in this position also include creating timelines and project management.
Essential Functions :
- Excellent interpersonal skills and solid communication with all levels of management and end users.
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions and gathering information.
- Compile objectives for improving and streamlining company procedures related to business practices and systems.
- Analyze and recommend computer software solutions by understanding our business requirements. Constructing
- workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
- Improve systems by studying current business practices.
- Recommend controls by identifying deficient areas. Writing improved procedures.
- Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements. Form project team(s) and
- establishing a project budget.
- Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support and end user
- training.
- Analyze existing data. Suggest data cleanup options
- Identify underutilized, misconfigured or limitations of existing systems. Understand interface technologies joining individual systems.
