The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Club's dining room and beverage service, ensuring an exceptional Member experience. This includes managing service staff, maintaining quality standards, coordinating events, and overseeing beverage inventory and bar operations. This role is key in promoting a welcoming environment that enhances Member and guest satisfaction.
The role of Food & Beverage Manager is a blend of operational management, Member engagement, and financial oversight. The successful candidate should be passionate about hospitality, highly organized, and capable of leading a team to exceed Member expectations.

- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Knowledge of beverage programs, wine and spirits, and fine dining standards
- Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, payroll, and inventory
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service
Education : Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years in a supervisory role within a high-end restaurant, hotel, or country club setting

Restaurant and Beverage Service Operations :
Oversee daily dining room and bar operations, ensuring smooth service for Member and their guestsEnsure dining areas are set up according to Club standards and that staff are prepared for serviceMaintain consistent quality of food, beverage, and service in all areas, in line with Member expectationsStaff Management and Training
Hire, train, and manage all dining room and bar staff, including servers, bartenders, and support staffDevelop and implement training programs to ensure high standards of service and hospitalitySchedule staff to ensure optimal coverage for service demands while maintaining budgetary controlsConduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updatesMember Engagement and Satisfaction
Actively engage with Members to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and accommodate special requestsDevelop and maintain strong Member relationships, fostering a welcoming and attentive dining environmentManage Member feedback effectively, resolving complaints and implementing improvements where necessaryInventory and Cost Control
Monitor and manage beverage inventory, ensuring proper stock levels and rotation of productsWork with vendors to order supplies and beverages, maintaining relationships and negotiating favorable pricingMaintain accurate records of inventory, waste, and usage to minimize loss and control costsConduct monthly inventory and cost analysis to keep expenses in line with budget projectionsEvent Coordination and Special Functions
Work closely with the event planning team to organize and execute Club events, private parties, and other functionsOversee setup, service, and teardown of events, ensuring a seamless experience for Members and guestsAssist in developing food and beverage pairings and themed events that align with Club's culinary teamCompliance and Safety
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations in all dining and beverage areasImplement and monitor safety practices to ensure a safe environment for Members, guests, and employeesEnsure all team members have required certifications and that training is up-to-dateCompensation & Benefits
