This position is responsible for the daily operations of the feed location, including building and maintaining a safe and positive work environment while maintaining a high degree of customer service, production efficiency, and employee morale. #CrystalValleyMNJobs
Pay Range: $75,000 - $100,000/yr

Requirements:
- Minimum of five (5) years of previous feed operations experience
- Demonstrated experience managing an efficient feed manufacturing operation
- Class A CDL desired
- Agricultural background desirable
- Gets it, wants it, has the capacity to perform well (GWC)
Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, meet the driver qualification standards established by the self-insured group in which the cooperative is a member and comply with Crystal Valley’s drug and alcohol policy. Pre-employment 4-panel (excludes THC) drug testing for non-CDL jobs, 5-panel (includes THC) for CDL jobs.
