Float Teacher
As a Float Teacher with Crystal's Cuddle Bugs, you will work with children ages newborn through school age and care for their supervision and care needs. This fun position offers lots of variety and exposure to several different classrooms. Your role will be to carry out curriculum planned by lead teachers and help our creative and fun group reach age appropriate milestones of growth and development.
Direct supervision of support staff in the classroom is a key aspect of this position, ensuring safety and supervision as well as classroom management is top priority. Our classrooms are full of eager children who love to learn and thrive under the guidance of dedicated educators like yourself.
You will have the opportunity to demonstrate initiative, care, and energy, which can lead to promotion to Lead positions. Salaries at Cuddle Bugs are based on experience, education, and performance.
Flexible scheduling options are available, including a 5-day 8-hour week or a 4-day 10-hour week. Full-time, 40 hours weekly is required.
