The Commercial Team at CS&A Insurance is looking to add a Client Service Advisor to our team in Franklin, TN. The goal of a Client Service Advisor is to deliver exceptional client support across a wide range of insurance products. In this role, the Client Service Advisor will work with a designated Account Manager within our Commercial Team to ensure a seamless client experience by managing accounts through our agency management software, addressing client needs, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain organized and prioritized workflows.
What Success Looks Like:
- Maintaining strong relationships with Account Managers, Producers, and Carriers through clear and consistent communication across phone, email, and other platforms.
- Effectively utilizing our agency management software to accurately process and store all client documentation, including policy details and endorsements.
- Assisting Account Manager with client inquiries, account updates, and policy renewals.
- Collaborating with teams to facilitate smooth client onboarding and support.
- Acting as a liaison between Account Manager and Carriers to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Assisting with claims processing and documenting through office management system
- Providing support by addressing concerns, answering questions, and coordinating service needs as directed.
- Staying up to date on products and internal procedures to continuously improve client service.

- College Degree preferred.
- Property & Casualty License/Insurance experience is preferred.
Hours 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday-Friday in office
