Job description
$500 bonus awarded after 90 days of employment if applicant holds or obtains COS designation.
Responsibilities:
- Rigorously maintain resident files and information in a confidential fashion and ensure high marks all file audits for large unit property
- Maintain clear lines of communication with residents, staff, and co-workers
- Calculating and collecting rental payments in accordance with company policies
- Overseeing housekeeping inspections
- Serve legal notices upon residents and appear in court on behalf of the property while following landlord tenant laws
- Schedule and supervise on-site team and coordinate with vendors
- Perform other duties as the function may require
- Maintain site within passable REAC/NSPIRE standards
Qualifications & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Knowledge of Section 8 programming mandatory
- $500 bonus awarded after 90 days of employment if applicant holds or obtains COS designation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Fair Housing and civil rights laws pertaining to housing
- Ability to use computers and software programs (such as Word and Excel) with skill is required.
- Knowledge of Yardi (Voyager) software will be a distinct plus.
- Ability to pass criminal background check required.
