CS Beatty Construction is looking at candidates to fill Field Management positions within our company. (Applicants must provide a resume with past work history to be considered for the position)

· Site Superintendent (provide proof of 5 years of site development)

In order to obtain a position within our company, the applicant must submit to the following Pre-Employment Screening. (Applicants must be able to provide a valid State Driver’s License, Federal Social Security Card, or Birth certificate for their respective state).(pre-employment screening will be completed in accordance with States and Federal laws)

Job Description (The CS Beatty Construction Employee Must be able to but not limited to)

· Follow all OSHA, MSHA, and Company rules for job safety

· Follow all instructions given by his/her Superintendent

· Be able to arrive on time before beginning his/her shift

· Provide their own transportation to work

· Maintain a positive working relationship with other employees

· Be able to work flexible hours

· Work on the weekends

· Travel out of state to work

· Have an understanding of the task he/or She was hired for

· Submit to on-site drug screening

· Follow all guidelines in the CS Beatty Construction Handbook

· Be able to lift 20 lbs. on a frequent basis
