Help us grow our market, develop new customers, better serve current customers, and continue our geographical expansion for our beef products produced in Idaho. Help identify sales strategies that will improve our identity, market share, customer experiences, and bottom-line earnings. Lead and develop a team of sales professionals that can make a difference in the success of CS Beef Packers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Fat cattle box beef cuts sales
- Commercial beef cuts sales
- Utility beef and offal sales
- Ground beef sales
- Inventory management
- Customer retention, development, and acquisition
- Manage Idaho sales team
- Coordinate with Corporate Headquarters in Amarillo, Texas
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Beef industry knowledge
- Knowledge of all beef primal cuts and ground beef
- Organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Customer relations and negotiations skills
- Problem solving skills
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5 plus years of related beef sales experience
- Sales management experience
