CS Contract Solutions' QST Department is seeking a proactive and organized Data Management Supervisor to lead and oversee our data management team, supporting the quality and safety functions within the company. This role offers a flexible full-time opportunity.

- Supervise and guide the data management team to ensure efficient and accurate data processing.
- Oversee data entry, validation, and maintenance tasks, ensuring data integrity.
- Review inspection reports and data submissions to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Train and mentor team members to improve technical understanding and performance.
- Collaborate with the quality and safety team to develop and implement data management best practices.
- Generate reports, summaries, and insights to support decision-making processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and resolve data-related challenges.
- Proven experience in data management, data entry, or a related role, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory capacity preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly learn technical concepts and apply them to inspection data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and team leadership skills.
- Local candidates preferred.
- This is a full-time, salary-based position, $900 - 1100 Weekly DOE
