We are looking for experienced Technicians to join our growing team and take on leadership roles in our fiber optic network expansion and maintenance projects.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair copper and fiber optic systems
- Perform cable splicing, terminations, and testing for both copper and fiber
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues across multiple technologies
- Work with various test equipment including OTDRs, fusion splicers, and copper testers
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
- Coordinate with project managers and other teams
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in telecommunications installation and maintenance
- Proven expertise in both copper and fiber optic technologies
- Proficiency with OTDRs, fusion splicers, copper testers, and other relevant equipment
- Strong knowledge of industry best practices for copper and fiber systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency calls
- Truck and tools, we do have a tool allowance but will not cover full costs

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
