What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Media Specialist position at CS Digital Marketing & Media?
Are you passionate about social media and love creating engaging content? We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our team at CS Digital Marketing! This is a unique position where you’ll split your time between a local nonprofit and our marketing company—working for the nonprofit in the morning and transitioning to the marketing company in the afternoon.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage four social media accounts, with the nonprofit as the top priority
Work mornings at the nonprofit and early afternoons for our marketing company
Develop content plans and create engaging Instagram & Facebook posts
Film and edit Reels (we’ll provide a work phone for content capture)
Stay up to date with trends and apply them strategically
Ability to edit photos in Adobe for sale as we do stock imagery
Knowledge of Canva to create flyers and social media graphics
Be a self-starter—people may not always be in the office, so you must be comfortable working independently
Who We're Looking For:
Someone with existing social media knowledge is a must (especially Instagram!)
Ability to create Reels/posts and manage accounts strategically
A self-starter who’s eager to learn (we’ll teach, but you should know the basics!)
Reliable Transportation as sometimes you may have to go capture content.
Time management and attention to detail is extremely important .
Ideally in their 20s and looking for a part-time job
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:30/3:00 PM
Location: In-person at a nonprofit’s office in Naples, FL
