Frederick Dermatology Associates, a well-established and highly regarded dermatology practice, is seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible General Dermatologist to join our expert team. Our practice offers a comprehensive range of medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology services and is known for providing exceptional patient care in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Position Details :

Work Schedule : Four-day clinical workweek, Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 a.m.-4 : 30 p.m.
Patient Volume : 20 patients per day, based on comfort level.
Caseload : Mondays are medical dermatology-focused, while other days are cosmetic-heavy.

Compensation & Benefits :

450K Base Salary with a collections-based production incentive in year one.

Signing & Relocation Bonus (TBD).

5K annual allowance for CME or professional dues.

4 weeks of PTO plus 5 additional days for CME.

Comprehensive benefits package , including health insurance and malpractice coverage.
