We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that all patrons have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere. Your ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively with kitchen staff will be essential in delivering top-notch hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and attended to.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food handling standards.
• Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, including specials, to provide informed recommendations.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies in the kitchen and dining areas.

Skills

• Strong guest services skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Experience with cash registers and handling transactions accurately.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables during busy periods.
• Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Familiarity with nightclub or hospitality environments is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a kitchen setting while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Previous experience in the food industry is an advantage.
• Skills in bussing tables to support overall restaurant operations.
