Goodyear, AZ
25 minutes from downtown Phoenix and Phoenix International Airport
Med-Cure Internal Medicine is expanding due to rapid growth in the Goodyear / Buckeye area, one of the top 10 fastest-growing cities. We are seeking 1-2 enthusiastic Endocrinologists to join our team of 20 physicians in a private practice setting, with immediate openings in Goodyear and additional locations in Buckeye and Glendale.
Position Highlights :
Visa Candidates : J1 Visa accepted (no H1B), with a 3-year employment contract option for J1 candidates
Experience : Open to experienced and new graduates, including 2025
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (or option for 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week)
Call : Minimal - 1 in 6 weekends, with calls filtered through an answering service
Workload : 100-125 patients / week per physician
EMR : eClinical Works (with Dragon / voice recognition dictation system and remote access for patient records)
Compensation & Benefits :
Base Compensation : Starting at 250,000
Productivity Bonus : Substantial bonus potential starting immediately, based on 50% of revenue generated (collections). The bonus can exceed $150K annually with no cap.
Sign-On Bonus : Negotiable
Full Benefits Package : Including Medical Malpractice coverage
Retirement Plan : 401K available after 1 year
PTO : 4 weeks per year
Resident / Fellow Stipend : $1,000 / month, up to 12 months
Partnership Potential : Available after 4 years, with no buy-in required

No mandatory rotation between clinics or hospitals
Remote access to patient records and use of advanced dictation technology
