Schedule : M-F during core business hours
Salary : $60-80K / YR
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers to ensure consistent messaging.
- Work across departments to support and align with marketing initiatives.
- Work alongside graphic designers to create marketing materials, newsletters, and national advertisements.
- Plan, design, and oversee the production of marketing collateral.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of national conferences, trade shows, and corporate events.
- Develop and oversee a comprehensive strategic marketing communications calendar.
- Coordinate internal communications, providing daily updates via the Extranet.
- Create and distribute press releases, social media posts, and external communications materials.
- Partner with manufacturer sponsors to meet communication needs and requirements.
- Manage multiple projects at once, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Qualifications & Requirements :
