As the Director of Development, you will be responsible for leading strategic fundraising initiatives, cultivating donor relationships, and overseeing development programs to ensure financial sustainability. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of nonprofit fundraising experience, a proven track record of securing major gifts, leadership experience, and be aligned with the values of the organization's mission. Requirements & Responsibilities for the Director of Development :

• Bachelor's degree is required
• 5 years of non-profit development or major gifts fundraising experience and 2 years of team leadership experience
• Proven ability to develop and execute annual and major giving campaigns to meet fundraising goals.
• Cultivate relationships with donors, corporate sponsors, and foundations to grow financial support.
• Oversee donor management systems, gift processing, and reporting to ensure ethical fundraising practices.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and marketing teams to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals.
• Represent the organization at events and drive donor engagement efforts.
• All candidates must align with the mission of the organization

Compensation for the Director of Development :

Salary : $90,000
