Requirements & Responsibilities for the Facilities Maintenance Manager :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields is preferred
- 5 years of Maintenance experience in a major manufacturing facility
- 2 years of experience leading maintenance personnel
- Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules for building systems and heavy manufacturing equipment.
- Conduct inspections of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other critical systems.
- Respond to building emergencies and administer emergency action plans.
- Act as a liaison with vendors, landlords, and senior leadership to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain facilities management software and ensure accurate work order processing.
- Monitor and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost control and efficiency.
Compensation for the Facilities Maintenance Manager :
Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
