Requirements & Responsibilities for the Regulatory Compliance Analyst :
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- 3-5 years of work experience in audit, compliance, government or start up environments
- The ability to adapt to ambiguity and create streamlined processes and procedures
- Review and interpret Federal and State regulatory guidelines for contracts
- Conduct due diligence, audits, and inspections of regulatory records
- Draft clear, concise correspondence and investigate non-compliance issues
- Analyze data using intermediate Excel skills and document findings
