The Business Development Flatbed Sales Executive will play a critical role in the growth of our client’s freight brokerage business as their market share expands. Business Development Flatbed Sales Executive
The Business Development Flatbed Sales Executive will play a critical role in the growth of our client’s freight brokerage business as their market share expands. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new shippers, liaising with the operations team and other internal functions and ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new shippers in strategic growth areas for our client.
- Be insanely customer-focused.
- Establish long-lasting partnerships with shippers.
- Lead business review meetings with customers and own the customer relationship.
- Liaise with operations, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment.
- Identify new growth opportunities and liaise with team members to implement them.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent combination of education and industry-specific experience.
- 3 years of experience in the Transportation Industry in a freight brokerage sales capacity.
- 5 years of sales experience.
- Advanced knowledge of flatbed FTL.
- Advanced knowledge of the transportation industry.
- Advanced knowledge of sales systems and tools.
- Advanced knowledge of truck transportation rules and regulations.
